Right, I stayed for two nights, and it was proper decent! My room was clean and spacious, but that brekkie situation was a right faff. Still, the staff were nice, and it’s close to the tram—so I’d come back!

absolutely unacceptable! i expected at least some warmth, but my room was frigid, just like the service. oh, and the ‘squeaky’ floorboards above? horrendous! i woudl ve been thrilled to receive a small upgrade as compensation for these terrible inconveniences, but of course, that didn’t happen. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The cleanliness of shared spaces didn’t leave a great impression either, appearing neglected at times. Plus, the lighting in the room was inconsistent, with several lights out of order.
